Warranty Agreement & Information

Warranty is completely void, if 1. the pool owners are unable to provide a thorough history of the pool maintanance, if 2. the swimming pool is ever emptied without agreement by LPR & 3. If pool chemicals are added in powder form without first dissolving in buckets of water, chemicals should always be added either in the shallow end of the pool & never on the pool steps, ledges, seats or inside spas. LPR supplies this maintenance guide for the best way to look after your swimming pool so that you can maximize the life of your swimming pool.

By using this maintenance guide, you agree to our terms of warranty, should you use another business to maintain your swimming pool & they treat the swimming pool using their own methods and their own chemical balancing chart that differs from the one provided here then you are also in breach of our agreement and the warranty will become void, we recommend that you hire someone that is willing to maintain the swimming pool as per our instructions & that they keep a thorough history that includes information such as what the chemical balance was before treatment & what the chemical balance is after treatment.

Pool paint has a 12 months workmanship warranty, the paint warranty does not apply to bubbling, chipping or peeling of the paint, normally if this were a workmanship issue it would appear immediately before the pool is even filled with water, you are covered with a workmanship warranty up until the day the pool is completely full for chipping, bubbling & peeling, anything after the day the pool is full will be put down to a maintenance issues.
